The website enasfahmy.com offers online French language courses taught by Enas Fahmy, including recorded video lessons and live online classes. The website is operated by Remood Marketing Agency (شركة ريمود للدعاية والاعلان), Street 161, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt, which acts as the merchant and seller of record and is responsible for your personal data (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Data we collect
When you buy a course or contact us, we collect:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your phone / WhatsApp number;
- The course you purchased; and
- Your order and payment status (for example: order reference, amount, paid / failed / refunded).
We never see or store your card details. All payments are processed by our payment provider, Paymob. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered on Paymob’s secure payment page and are never received or stored by our website.
3. Why we use your data
- To deliver your course — to confirm your payment and send you your private course link and live class details.
- To support you — to answer your questions and handle requests such as refunds or level changes.
- To keep legal and accounting records — as required by law and by payment-network rules.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles about you.
4. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with the service providers we need to run the website and deliver your course:
- Paymob — to process your payment securely;
- Our hosting provider — which stores the website and its data on our behalf.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone. We may disclose data only if required to do so by Egyptian law or by a competent authority.
5. How long we keep your data
- Payment records are kept for 5 years, as required by law and payment-network rules.
- All other personal data is deleted when you ask us to delete it.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing our website stores in your browser is your language choice (English or Arabic), saved in your browser’s localStorage so the site remembers it on your next visit. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
