These Terms & Conditions govern your use of enasfahmy.com and your purchase of our online French courses. By using the website or buying a course, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
enasfahmy.com offers online French language courses taught by Enas Fahmy. The courses are digital products: recorded video lessons and live online classes. The website is operated by Remood Marketing Agency (شركة ريمود للدعاية والاعلان), Street 161, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt, which is the merchant and seller of record (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to buy a course. Minors (under 18) must have the purchase made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Paymob. Accepted methods are Visa, Mastercard and Meeza cards, and mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash. Card details are not saved for future purchases.
- Our website never sees or stores your card number.
- We may change our prices at any time, but a price change never affects an order you have already paid for.
- Courses marked “Coming soon” are not yet available and cannot be purchased.
4. Access and delivery
- All courses are delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed: a private course link is shown on the payment confirmation page and is also sent to you by WhatsApp and/or email within 24 hours.
- Access to recorded lessons is for life.
- Live classes follow the published schedule.
5. Your access is personal
Your course access and private link are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell or give your link or login to anyone else. If we find that access has been shared, we may revoke access without a refund.
6. Refunds
You can get a full refund for any reason within 7 days of purchase, or move to a better-suited level for free. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All videos, recordings, worksheets and other course materials are owned by Enas Fahmy / Remood Marketing Agency and are protected by intellectual-property law. Buying a course gives you a personal licence to view the materials for your own learning only. You may not record, download, copy, reproduce, publish or redistribute any part of the courses or live classes, in any form, without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We work hard to make our courses accurate, useful and available, but we provide them “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or courses, nor for any results you do or do not achieve (for example, exam outcomes). Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
