We want you to love learning French with Enas. If a course isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund for any reason within 7 days of purchase — or, if you prefer, move to a better-suited level for free.
1. Who this policy applies to
This Refund Policy applies to all courses sold on enasfahmy.com (recorded video lessons and live online classes taught by Enas Fahmy). The merchant and seller of record is Remood Marketing Agency (شركة ريمود للدعاية والاعلان), Street 161, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive.
2. Our 7-day guarantee
Within 7 days of your purchase you may choose either:
- A full refund, for any reason — no questions asked; or
- A free move to a better-suited level — if you feel the course you bought is too easy or too difficult.
3. How to request a refund
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +20 101 856 8960 or by email at mostafa.el.nady@remood.co.
- Include your order reference (shown on your payment confirmation page and in the message we sent you), your name and the email or phone number used at checkout.
- Tell us whether you would like a refund or a free level change.
4. How and when you get your money back
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds are always returned to the same card or wallet used for payment, through our payment provider Paymob. We cannot send refunds to a different card, account or wallet.
- After we process the refund, your bank or wallet provider may take 7–14 days to post it to your account.
- Cash refunds are not possible.
Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded course is removed.
5. After 7 days
After the 7-day period, purchases are non-refundable, except in the following cases, which are always refunded in full:
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same order; or
- Technical failure — if a technical problem on our side prevented you from accessing the course.
Important: because of payment-network rules, refunds cannot be issued later than 90 days after the purchase date, whatever the reason.
6. Live classes
Live classes follow the published schedule. The 7-day guarantee above applies to courses that include live classes in the same way.
